When you think of Ireland, you think about leprechauns, St Patrick’s Day, pubs and beers! Now being a non-drinker myself, I did wonder what I could do to Dublin, especially because I was bringing my parents who were also non-drinkers!
So here is a guide for my fellow non-drinkers to Dublin. This is could also be useful for families with children wishing to visit Dublin.
Molesworth Court Suite We recently took a trip with Dublin with our parents. We wanted to stay together as a family and the opportunity to stay with Molesworth Court Suite came up.
We had a lovely 2 bedroom apartment all to ourselves in the heart of Dublin. This apartment is kitted with 2 double beds, fully functioning kitchen with ovens and cookers, a large and bright living room space and a bathroom with a bathtub.
It really felt like we were staying in a family home and there was so much space we did not feel like we were stepping on each other’s toes!
It’s lovely being able to go abroad on holidays but it’s not always possible or feasible. We found ourselves itchy to go away again when Graham had some time off in between jobs. We didn’t want to go abroad and we decided to visit the Lake District.
The most amazing was, shortly after we went, it became an UNESCO heritage site!!
When we were still dating and throughout our marriage, we have always loved taking classes together. To name a few, macaron making, pottery making and photography classes. If you know me (Hannah) you can probably tell those are MY kind of hobbies. Although Graham is happy to tag along each time, for some strange reason unknown to me… he always out performs me in these classes…
